Description
1.Product Introduction
Coal based granular activated carbon takes high quality bituminous coal with low ash and low sulfur as raw material.It is made through crushing, screening, carbonizing, catalyzing and activation radioactivation. The product has strong adsorption capacity, low ash, less impurity, large packing density, which is suitable for air purification, drinking water purification, catalyst carrier, product decolorization, solvent recovery and etc.
2.The productive technology:
Activated carbon manufacturing basically divide into two major processes.
First, include dehydration and carbonization, heating materials, drying in the temperature 170℃ to 600℃ and making the original organic carbonized about 80%.
Second, it is to make carbonized content activation, which is finished through the activator of steam and carbon reaction. In the Heat-sink reaction, it is mainly produce the mixed gases composed by CO and H₂ to burn Heating carbonized content to proper temperature(800℃-1000℃),which is used to burn all biodegradable materials. So the activated carbon has advanced mesoporous molecular, large specific area and strong absorption capacity.
3.The usage:
The Coal based granular activated carbon can be used in urban drinking senior purification, removal of residual chlorine, deodorization, and it also is the senior purification materials of artificially mineral water production process. Large-scale boiler feedwater detrimental impurities such as COD removal in advance can improve the boiler efficiency and prolong the boiler life. The produce can effectively remove the harmful substances in water such as COD, pigment, stink and so on. And the big pellet activated carbon can be loaded filters and purified air.
